I was stressed out before coming to Korea and emailed them with like… way too many questions 😅. They answered every single one, including some stuff I didn’t even think to ask. I seriously felt more prepared thanks to them. 10/10 for pre-arrival support.
Everything was vacuum packed, clean, and folded perfectly. The bedding was smooth but heavy — in a comforting way. I added hangers and a towel, which were fine, but the blanket and pillow? Top-tier. It’s clearly a level above the basic kits.
