After I arrived, I couldn’t find my box and thought it didn’t get delivered. Turned out the dorm staff moved it to another room. While I was panicking, I contacted LIVING KO and they actually called my dorm office for me to sort it out. I’ve never had a company go that far to help. Mad respect.
